Where are you located?
Surprise, Arizona. Please make note of this when inquiring about one of our puppies. If you are located in the East Valley this will be an approx 1 hour or longer commute. We are located approximately 45 mins-1 hour from the Phoenix International Airport. In some cases we are willing to meet half way, but this must be discussed and agreed upon as well as all payments cleared prior to meeting.

Will you ship my puppy to me?
We do not ship our puppies at this time. It is a personal preference to meet the prospective families before the puppies are taken to their new homes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We welcome the whole family to come and meet the potential new family member.

Are your puppies Purebred and Registered w/ papers?
Our Maltese puppies are AKC registered and come with limited registration. Our Shih Tzu puppies are CKC registered, again with limited registration. I'm still seeking a reputable Hybrid Registry so our Malti Tzu/Mal-Shi puppies will hopefully have some sort of registration, but at the very least I can provide proof that their parents are purebred and registered. Full Registration is available to approved homes only and for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information.

What is the difference between Full and Limited Registration?
Dogs with Full Registration privileges can compete in all AKC events, and their offspring can be registered with the AKC, provided that your dogs mate has full registration as well. Dogs with Limited Registration can compete in every AKC event except Conformation and their offspring can not be registered with AKC.

How do I pay for my new puppy?
We accept Cash, PayPal (+3.5% PayPal fee), or RME (no fees and free to sign up) for the Deposit. You may also use Cash, PayPal, or RME for the remainder of the Purchase Price, but you may only use PayPal or RME if you pay prior to picking up your puppy so that we can make sure the payment clears. Please contact us prior to sending any payments.

If I see a puppy that I'm interested in, how much does it take to hold that puppy until they are old enough to come home?
All we ask is for a $250 deposit to hold your puppy. Please note the deposit is non refundable after the 48 hour holding period. We also ask that you complete the Deposit Contract and review the Purchase Contract. You can also pay in full for your puppy at any time prior to taking your puppy home.

When can my puppy come home?
Our little babies will typically be ready for their new homes by the time they are 12 weeks old. We are aware that most larger breed puppies are allowed to go home by 8 weeks of age; however, with smaller breed dogs it is more beneficial for everyone involved if the puppy stays with the breeder until he/she is 12 weeks old. If would like more information as to why we have this policy, feel free to ask.

What is included in the puppy price?
In addition to the puppy and the registration application, your puppy will come home with the following: a Eukanuba Puppy Starter Pack,a New Puppy Information Packet, Vaccination Record, a 1 year Health Guarantee Contract, a Toy, and of course pre-spoiled!

We also have occasional specials where other items are included FREE with the Puppy Purchase Price. If applicable, those specials will be noted on the Royal Nursery page.
