If your Maltese weighs in over the AKC Standard of 4-7 lbs., you're not alone! Many people have Maltese in the 10-13 lb. range, who are not fat dogs -- they're just big-boned! It's not uncommon, and you should only be concerned about weight if you are going to show your pup. Although the AKC states that the 4-7 lb. range is preferred, they also stress that quality is preferred over size.
Grapes, Raisins, and Onions have recently been linked to kidney disease in dogs. Chocolate, Pepperoni, and Sausage are also unsafe. It’s best to avoid all spicy and greasy snacks. Do not give them cooked bones either.

All of our puppies are priced individually.
We try to keep our prices affordable, and between the range of $500.00 - $1200.00 for Maltese, $550-$900 for Shih Tzu, and $450-$750 for Malti Tzu/Mal-Shi depending on the gender, color, size, markings, and pedigree of the puppy.
All prices reflect a pet home price (Limited Registration).

Our puppies are bred for health, beauty, and loving dispositions.
Some of our puppies have champion bloodlines, some are show quality, but all of our puppies have excellent health and wonderful personalities.
It is our goal to produce high quality companion puppies.
A deposit to hold a puppy is $250.00.
A deposit, New Puppy Application, and a completed Deposit Contract must be received within 48 hours of the puppy being placed on hold.
If a deposit is not received in this amount of time, and no other arrangements have been made, the puppy will be placed up for adoption again.
We accept Cash, PayPal/Credit Card, and RME only.
The final amount is due on or before the agreed upon date of pickup.
Before you place a deposit on a puppy, please be sure this is the puppy you want.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
We do not ship our puppies.
We will sometimes deliver the puppy, or meet you part way, as a courtesy to you, and for the well being of the puppy.
We enjoy meeting the new family in person prior to the puppy going home.
Sometimes our schedule will not permit us to deliver a puppy, in that instance, it is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pick-up of the puppy at the buyer’s expense.
We offer a one year replacement guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects.
By purchasing a puppy from us you agree to our terms and conditions listed in our Purchase Contract with Health Guarantee.
We reserve the right to terminate the sale of any puppy, at any time before delivery or pick up of the puppy.
If at any time you are no longer able to assume responsibility for your puppy, we will be more then happy to take it back and find it a good home.
We may be willing to help with the cost of transporting the puppy back to us.
We do not want any of our puppies to go to a shelter or pound.
